Winter activities are available from Christmas until the end of March and depend on weather, snow conditions and availability. The prices shown are indicative prices. We do not offer transfers to or from activities or the airport, so you will need your own transport.

Åsarna is well known for its excellent cross-country skiing. You can also book lessons here.
Sledding
In Persåsen, about a 30-minute drive from Kolbackens. Usually available from January until Easter.
Ice fishing
Experience the magical winter in Jämtland from the ice.
Alpine skiing
The Klövsjö/Vemdalen ski areas are located about 20 km from Kolbackens.
Snowshoe hiking
Rent snowshoes from us and head out on your own adventure.
Waterfall hike
